Why won't my Wasp label printer print?

I have set up my Wasp printer to print labels from Warehouse Management, but I cannot make it print. When I direct labels to the laser printer, I get a page of jumbled characters, but at least something is printing. When I direct labels to the Wasp printer, nothing happens.

Rapid Inventory only supports the Datamax M Class thermal transfer label printer. This printer is available through the AccuCode Certified Hardware line. More information on the AccuCode Certified Hardware line is available at www.rapidinventory.com. Unfortunately, other label printers are not supported, and will not work with Rapid Inventory.
