The way that Rapid Inventory prints labels is no longer being supported by most browsers and the label printing functionality will be removed from Rapid Inventory at some point. Bar code scanning is fully supported and works great.
If your items already have bar code labels on them, you are good to go!
If they do not, you will need to purchase a bar code label software, like Bartender, to print your labels and then you can use Rapid Inventory to scan them.
