How to use this Support Area

If you have a specific question you need to be answered, type it into the Search Box in the upper right corner. Generally typing in a few key words works best. (Example - "Forgot Password") If you get too many results, type in a few more words to narrow the search.

To browse Self-Help articles, please click Browse next to Community.

If you do not find the answer to your question, please click Submit a Request at the top to open a ticket with an Agent.   

The Training Center is another great resource.  To go there, click on one of the blue "?" on every Rapid Inventory® page.
