Due to a recent issue when using open DNS, we do not recommend upgrading your QuickBooks account until we can identify the cause of this issue.
Users who experience this issue can not longer sync and have had to modify the DNS server used. Please open a help desk ticket if you have further questions/concerns.
What is the update on this issue? I upgraded to V18 and I am having problems with the sync.
Well, we upgraded our Quickbooks last Thursday, and we have not been able to sync since then. What is the plan as we are unable to move forward with dozens of orders in the system waiting to sync?
